His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister extends his support to the BIC’s National Day Festival, the Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) announced today.
The event, which will take place from 13 to 17 December, will celebrate His Majesty King Hamad’s accession to the throne 15 years ago.
The Chief Executive of the BIC, Shaikh Salman bin Isa Al Khalifa, stated that the success of the BIC, which has garnered wide international praise, stands among the many significant achievements of the Kingdom as a result of His Royal Highness’ continued support and commitment to the Kingdom’s development.
He also emphasised that this year’s first full length Formula 1 night race in Bahrain, reflects Bahrain’s ongoing commitment to promoting motorsport in the Middle East.
The BIC’s Chief Executive went on to highlight that the BIC has succeeded in creating a festival environment for all Bahraini families and residents to celebrate the Kingdom’s National Day.
The BIC National Day Festival will offer a wide range of family entertainment activities, including interactive games, a shopping area and food stalls. The event will be open to the public from 4pm to 10pm from the 13 to 17 December.
