Title holder Al-hly won Egypt's Super Cup for the eighth time after beating Zamalek 5-4 on penalties following a 0-0 draw in the game.
A planned press conference following game was cancelled.
In press statements following the game, Zamalek chairman Mortada Mansour said that Zamalek board will hold a meeting to take a decision on coach Hossam Hassan's future.
