More than 50 coaches attended a seminar in Sport and Exercise Psychology entitled "Mental Stimulation and Control of Coaches", organiseid by the Bahrain Olympic Committee’s Sports Training and Development Section. Held at the Sports Training and Development Section premises at Manama Club in Juffair, the seminar targeted national coaches working at sports club and associations. It also came in the context of the seminars that are organized by the section within its annual plan to improve efficiently among coaches in technical and psychological aspects. It also provided them with the latest experiences in the field of training to hone their abilities and capabilities, leading to the development of sports performance for players to achieve the desired results. Today's seminar was presented by international instructor and section head Nabil Taha Al Shehab, who used practical applications to explain the methods of stimulation and mental control. During the seminar, Taha focused on the target of setting up the goals in order to achieve motivation and giving. From BNA
