An injury-time goal from Emmanuel Riviere sealed a remarkable turnaround for Toulouse as they came back from two goals down to defeat ten-man Bordeaux 3-2 in Ligue 1. A double by Cheick Diabate had given the visitors a two-goa lead a half-time before a Franck Tabanou penalty and an Etienne Capoue equaliser looked as though they had rescued a point for the hosts who also missed a penalty with 13 minutes left to play. However, a minute into injury time, Riviere kept his cool and slotted home as Toulouse joined Montpellier on 13 points at the top of the table. The hosts almost went ahead in the second minute when goalkeeper Cedric Carrasso was forced to go full stretch to keep out Antoine Devaux\'s header. However, in the 19th minute Diabate was the first to score, volleying home Benoit Tremoulinas\' cross at the near post. Jussie had a chance to double the lead, but sent a low drive inches wide. Bordeaux did not have to wait long for their second goal, though, with Diabate claiming possession in the middle of the pitch and racing towards goal before unleashing a shot from 15 yards. Devaux skimmed the bar with a header on the brink of half-time and six minutes after the break Toulouse pulled one back from the spot after Ludovic Sane was adjudged to have fouled Daniel Braathen. Tabanou sent Carasso the wrong way and seven minutes later Toulouse were level, Capoue volleying home following a corner. Bordeaux were reduced to ten men a quarter of an hour from time when Carrasso was dismissed for a heavy tackle on Tabanou. However, the hosts could not convert the resulting penalty, Abdoulaye Keita guessing the right way for his first action of the afternoon. The game was heading towards a draw, but there was still time for further action. Pavle Ninkov freed Riviere who ran on and beat Keita with a powerful, low drive.
