Sao Paulo won a landmark hearing that returned the young star\'s registration to their hands, but Inter are determined to bring back the player and did not remove him from the list.Internacional have refused to remove young midfield star Oscar from their list of registered players for the Copa Libertadores, in spite of a fierce legal battle that continues to rage between the club and Brasileirao rivals Sao Paulo over the prospect\'s footballing future. The Porto Alegre institution were rocked in March when a labour tribunal ordered the Brazil international, 20, to return to Sao Paulo. The courts upheld the claim from the club that Oscar had illegally breached the terms of his contract on leaving as a teenager, making the link between the player and Inter invalid.Despite this uncertainty, however, an official Colorado press release revealed that the club has chosen to register the youngster as one of 25 players eligible to play in the rest of the Copa Libertadores. Under Conmebol regulations, Inter could have replaced the star as one of three changes permitted before the commencement of the knock-out stages; where the club will meet compatriots Fluminense in a highly-anticipated last-16 clash.Oscar\'s registration was returned to Sao Paulo by ruling of the tribunal, which was upheld by the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF). The player, however, has refused to rejoin his former club while Inter attempt to negotiate a compensation package to return him to Porto Alegre; although talks have progressed slowly due to Sao Paulo\'s high valuation of their former academy member.Inter made just one change to their group stage roster, with midfielder Josimar entering in the place of Fransergio. The first leg against Fluminense will be played on Wednesday, in the Colorado\'s Beira Rio stadium.
