Milan continue training

ahead of Milan-Bologna on Sunday afternoon at the San Siro. The team were already back at work yesterday after being granted two days off. Training started on the central pitch at 11.00 this morning coach Massimiliano Allegri had 23 players out working with him this morning. The team started with a 20 minutes warm up with the ball and then a 10 minutes game of ‘handball’. Training today consisted of a series of themed practice matches as well as some tactical work. The session finished with a practice match with goalkeepers Abbiati and Amelia. Both Van Bommel and Abate trained with the team. Thiago Silva and Pato both worked out in the gym. Boateng, Ambrosini and Nesta all followed personalized training regimes.
