Mexes starts for AC Milan against Napoli

The France centre-half, who joined the club from Roma last summer, starts in place of the injured Alessandro Nesta alongside Thiago Silva at the heart of the Rossoneri defence.Elsewhere, Luca Antonini replaces Djamel Mesbah at left-back, while Urby Emanuelson returns in midfield as Robinho is pushed up front, taking the place of Stephan El Shaarawy in attack.
