Teenage Chelsea target Romelu Lukaku arrived in London on Monday ahead of a medical with the English giants. Chelsea reached an agreement to sign the 18-year-old Belgium international striker from Anderlecht at the weekend. Lukaku, who travelled to London by Eurostar from Brussels, scored 16 goals in 37 league appearances last season and has netted twice in two games in the current campaign. He was also a member of Anderlecht's Belgian title-winning team in 2010, having made his first-team debut as a 16-year-old. Lukaku, whose father Roger played for Zaire in the 1990s, has so far won 10 caps for Belgium, scoring two goals.
