Bafana Bafana defender Morgan Gould admits that team morale has been shaken by injuries, but remains confident ahead of South Africa\'s testing trip to Niamey for an Africa Cup of Nations tie against Niger on Sunday afternoon. The injury-depleted South Africans leave on Friday afternoon for the West African state, with strong hopes that top striker Katlego Mphela, who limped out of Wednesday morning\'s training session and missed training on Thursday with a knee injury, would be declared fit to play. Bafana team management announced earlier in the week they would be without goalkeeper Moeneeb Josephs and winger Tlou Segolela, who joined regular captain Steven Pienaar, Kagiso Dikgacoi, Reneilwe Letsholonyane and Davide Somma on the sidelines. \"It\'s unfortunate that injuries do happen, and yes, we are a bit shaken by that, but we have a big squad and I believe we still have the ammunition to do what we have to do in Niamey,\" Gould said.
