Al-Hilal have done it again! The men in blue once again proved to be the best after bagging the Crown Prince Cup soccer Tournament for the fifth year in a row, 11th overall. With this win, the Blue Devil's have rejuvenated their appetite for the Saudi Professional League title. At present, the silverwares in Hilal's showroom have increased to 53. The final was a thriller as the rival fans were glued to the edge of their seat with both teams putting up an impressive display. It was a goal-fest in the first half while the second session left the spectators breathless. However, Hilal emerged victorious. If they keep up their momentum and play their cards right, their 54th title to could not be very far away from sight. The pause in the Saudi league will give the tired players a well-deserved break. Unfortunately for Hilal, eleven from their squad will join the national team. The planned camp in Dubai will not be as constructive as they are hoping for. On the other hand, this will give the other teams a good opportunity to look through their difficulties. Al-Ittihad is said to be planning a camp in Jabal Ali in UAE. I only hope that this break serves the purpose. Too much of it can be harmful too. Wishing all the teams good luck and a great fight. Congratulations to Al-Hilal, who proved once more that they know better, in winning championships!
