Dubai Properties, DP, has announced the start of the handover process of its popular residential community in DUBAILAND, Mudon.
Commencing on December 15th, a total of 72 townhouses in the first phase of Mudon, Al Salaam, along with an additional 112 townhouses in Al Naseem, the second phase of the community, are ready for handover.
"Considerable construction progress has been achieved with the majority of the internal road network now complete. DP has also been forging forward with landscaping, making significant headway preparing the courtyards around Al Salaam and Naseem," the developer said in a release.
Mohammed Al Habbai, Chief of Infrastructure and Urban Planning at DPG, commented, "Since its launch, we have witnessed a very strong and positive response in Mudon from the market and we are very proud to see handovers commence in this popular community. We are pleased to see families move in to their new homes in both Al Salaam and Naseem and hope they enjoy the vibrant lifestyle DP has strived to create within Mudon." The developer has also recently tied up with GEMS Education to open a school by September 2016. Offering families the opportunity to provide their children with high quality education options in the locality, the school will cover the entire educational range from KG through to Grade 12.
