Radio Monte Carlo (RMC) hosted Education Minister Dr. Majid bin Ali Al-Nuaimi marking the decision of the UNESCO Executive board to renew the UNESCO King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa Award for the Use of Information and Communication Technologies in Education for a second six-year term.
The minister highlighted the goals of the prize and its outreach in the global arena, stressing the impact of information technologies in developing education and enhancing students’ performance.
The radio programme also shed light on current changes in the Arab World and their repercussions on education and the culture of human rights.
