Arab League chief Nabil El Arabi has said the Arab world needs cultural wealth along with economic wealth.
The Secretary General made his comments during an event of “Constantine, Capital of Arab Culture 2015” in Algeria.
The event was inaugurated on Thursday by Algerian Prime Minister Abdelmalek Sellal.
Arabi hailed Algeria's cultural role in confronting extremism in the Arab world.
