President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, has sent a cable of condolence to President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Mamnoon Hussain, on the victims of the fuel tanker explosion in southern Punjab province, Pakistan.
The inident caused the death and injury of dozens of people.
In his cable, the President extended his sympathy and sincere condolences to the Pakistani President, government and people. He prayed to the Almighty Allah to rest the souls of victims in peace. He also wished speedy recovery to the injured.
Meanwhile, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, also sent similar cables of condolences to the Pakistani President.
