Saudi Arabia has condemned Saturday’s terrorist attack in southeastern Turkish city of Gaziantep close to Syria that killed more than 50 people.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Daesh was the likely perpetrator of the bomb attack, the deadliest in 2016.
Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman denounced the bombing in his condolence message to President Erdogan.
King Salman said: “We condemn the terrorist attack in Gaziantep that caused deaths and injuries. We share your sadness and offer our condolences.”
Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif, deputy premier and interior minister, and Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, second deputy premier and defense minister, also sent similar cables to President Erdogan.
