Jordanian King Abdullah II called Turkish President Recep Tayyib Erdogan, condoling with him over the death and injury of dozens of innocent people in Istanbul New Year's Eve terror attack .
In his call, the King condemned such "heinous terrorist act", Petra news agency reported.
He stressed Jordan's commitment to stand by Turkey in its war against terrorism to uproot its criminal gangs that endanger the whole world.
King Abdullah wished the injured a speedy recovery.
