The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) on Friday strongly condemned the criminal attack which hit the city of Nice, France, Thursday evening.
GCC Secretary General Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani described the attack, which was carried out by a person driving a truck, as a "criminal act" that goes against all humanitarian laws and ethics.
