French Foreign Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault said Sunday that his country condemned the raids that targeted hospitals in Aleppo over the past 24 hours, calling for a ceasefire.
In a statement on Sunday, the minister underlined that such acts are flagrant violations of the resolution of the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) No. 2286 which condemned practicing violence against patients during clashes.
Ayrault reiterated that it is necessary for the Syrian regime and its supporters to put an end for the attacks that target civilians.
He further renewed his call to allow the humanitarian aid to reach the Syrians and resuming the political transition process in Syria.
