The Arab League has condemned Israel's racist and illegal practices towards the Palestinian prisoners, particularly the children, said a statement on Thursday.
The statement was issued on the birthday of Ahmed Manasra, a 13-year-old Palestinian boy held in Israeli jails.
The Arab League voiced solidarity with prisoners, mainly children.
It called for referring the files of torture against Palestinian prisoners to the International Criminal Court (ICC) as war crimes.
The pan-Arab body called for prosecuting the Israeli investigators and officials for these crimes that violate the international and the principles of human rights, especially the rights of children.
It urged the United Nations and international community to intervene and press Israel to adhere to the relevant international legitimacy resolutions.
