Fashion designer Zizi Al-Aqili revealed her collection for veiled women for summer and spring seasons, saying that, she wanted to present hijab in a new and different way, especially when most of the designers nowadays are using turbans, so she preferred creating her own unique yet decent and elegant line of clothes.
During an interview with “Arab Today” she said that, she was able to present 2017 collection in a unique way using proper materials for curved bodies such as, cardigans and dresses, and she used Indian embroidery on most of the designs which gave them a decent Islamic touch.
She used chiffon, crepe, satin, lace, mullet, and pure Egyptian cloth. She also used embossed cloth with bright colors that goes well with summer and spread optimism with a touch of freshness.
