Classes and exams at the German University in Cairo (GUC) are going on regularly for the second day on Sunday, President Mahmoud Hashem Abdel Kader said.
Mid-term exams are going on as scheduled and no excuses will be accepted except in conformity with the university's regulations, he said.
A number of GUC students are still holding a sit-in on campus protesting the killing by mistake of their colleague Yara Tarek by one of the university's commuter buses recently.
