Member of Egypt\'s Shura Council Cairo - Akram Ali Member of Egypt\'s Shura Council, Dr Nadia Makram Ebeid, revealed to Arab Today that the Civil Movement\'s announcement to collectively resign from the council hours before the June 30 protest was to \"pressure\" President Mohamed Morsi\'s regime. Ebeid said the deputies took a \"collective decision\" to resign, adding that the step came to reveal the \"real face\" of the Shura Council, which is controlled by the Muslim Brotherhood. Deputies from the council announced their resignation from the Shura Council on Saturday evening.
