At least 14 ISIS targets were destroyed on Thursday under Operation Euphrates Shield, launched by the Turkish military in late August to rid the northern Syrian border area of militants, the Turkish Armed Forces said in a statement carried by Anadolu Agency.
The targets were located in the towns of Qabasin, Bzaa, Arima and Al-Bab. Over 215 residential areas, including more than 1,800 square kilometers of land in northern Syria have so far been cleared of ISIS elements as part of the operation.
