The Turkish army on Saturday said it hit around 60 ISIS targets and nine more for PYD, the Syrian faction of PKK, in northern Syria, as part of the Operation Euphrates Shield that was launched in late August.
The military said in a statement today that Turkish forces struck 45 targets on Friday after identifying them through radars, in addition to 15 other targets in Al-Bab, Bzaghah and Kabr al Mukri regions in the countryside of Aleppo province, north of the country.
One Turkish soldier was killed during the operations the statement added.
Turkey launched Operation Euphrates Shield late August to clear the northern Syrian border area of ISIS and PKK militants.
