India\'s National Investigation Agency (NIA) Friday announced a cash reward of one million rupees (20,000 U.S. dollars) for information leading to the arrest of three Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) men over the Delhi high court blast in July, reported Press Trust of India. All the three -- Junaid, Shakir Hussain Sheikh and Amir Ali Kamal -- are residents of Kishtwar district of Indian-controlled Kashmir\'s Jammu region and have been accused by the NIA of playing \"a crucial role in the conspiracy which led to the blast at the High Court on Sept. 7, 2011.\" Fifteen people were killed and over 70 injured in the blast triggered by a bomb placed in a handbag at the premises of the court. The NIA said the identity of the informer would be kept secret. This is the first time that NIA made it public that Kashmir-based HM militant outfit was behind the blast.
