A fire that broke out in a garment factory in central China's Henan Province on Saturday afternoon has killed six workers and injured another seven, local authorities said.
Flames engulfed the top floor of a six-story factory building in the provincial capital Zhengzhou at 1:21 p.m., and ignited the garment factory next to it, a spokesperson with the city's fire brigade said.
A total of 26 fire engines and 140 firefighters were dispatched to the scene. The blaze was put out at around 4 p.m.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
