Two civilians and a police officer were killed in the car bomb attack that hit a police station in Midyat, in Mardin province in southeast Turkey earlier on Wednesday, Turkey's Prime Minister Binali Yildirim said.
Thirty other were wounded in the explosion, state-run Anadolu Agency quoted the Turkish Premier as saying.
Footage from the scene shows many buildings heavily damaged by the explosion.
In a separate line of questioning by journalists, Yildirim said the PKK was responsible for Tuesday's car bomb attack in Istanbul that killed 11 people.
