A blast killed two people on Friday at the headquarters of an al-Qaeda affiliated group in the western countryside of Aleppo, reported the Deutsche Presse-Agentur, DPA.
According to the Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a car bomb exploded near the premises of Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham in Reef al-Mouhandiseen.
Quoting the observatory, DPA said that initial reports indicated that two members of the group were killed and others injured.
A media unit affiliated with the group confirmed the blast and said there was a number of their members killed and injured, the agency concluded.
