Taiwan''s Coast Guard Administration said on Monday that the ship with 21 crewmembers onboard got stuck off Keelung Harbor in the morning, Japan''s (NHK World) website reported. The ship split into 2. 10 crewmembers were thrown into the sea, leaving 4 dead and 6 others missing. Their nationalities are not yet known.
