Chairperson of Egypt’s Zamalek football team Mortada Mansour said that he can suspend the football activity as whole in Egypt during the coming period in response to the actions taken by the official of Egyptian Football Federation (EFF) against the judicial verdict to repeat the match against Misr Al Makassa in the framework of Egyptian Premier League.
He revealed that he addressed the Egyptian banks warning them of dealing with Egyptian Football Federation after the judicial verdict of its dissolution. He clarified that he handed over the executive version of the dissolution of the Egyptian Football Federation’s board to Egypt’s minister of sports, saying that they will file a lawsuit against the minister to repeat the match against Makassa.
He added, in a statement to “Arabs Today”, that he submitted a complaint against Egypt’s football body over the issue of Makassa match.
He stressed that the tickets of the coming match against Caps United will be sold in Alexandria, saying that they prepared five thousand tickets. He stressed that the fans who attend the match should respect the rules to avoid the strict measures scheduled to be implemented against the violators.
