Honorary President of Morocco’s Rajaa Casablanca Mohamed Ozal refused the idea to hold an extraordinary general assembly meeting for the club, suggesting to form a committee of the wise people to manage the club during the coming three months.
He stressed that the major role of this committee is to resolve the current problems and to contract with an accountancy expert to reveal the club’s financial position during the current period and its debts with the economic institutions and the outstanding dues of players and coaching staff in addition to the other workers of the Moroccan club.
The committee, according to Ozal, aims to draft a roadmap to reassure the creditors and to repay the debts to pave the way for restoring the confidence of the club. He called the club’s lovers for rallying behind them, stressing that the current position needs cooperation among the supporters.
He added that the club’s general assembly will be held in June to elect a new president who can lead the club in a professional way.
