Hari has won 130 fights and lost 3 Casablanca - Abdullah Al Alawi A court in Amsterdam has released Moroccan kickboxing world champion Badr Hari on conditional bail for the second time after a request from his lawyer. The 28-year old is accused of committing sexual harassment offences, and the attempted manslaughter of Dutch businessman Koen Everink. Hari’s lawyer Pendict Vaik submitted a request to Amsterdam Criminal Court, calling for the temporary release of the defendant. Under provisions of the bail order, Hari is not allowed to visit public places from 0800 hrs to 2000 hrs. In November, Hari was released on conditional bail under an order which prevented him from going to cafes and restaurants. He was also told not to approach or speak to any of the witnesses in the case. However, he breached the order and was arrested just three days after release. Hari, based in the Netherlands, has represented Morocco in global kickboxing tournaments. He has won 130 fights and lost just three. Dutch sources reported that the former K-1 Heavyweight champion returned to his home on Tuesday.
