Egyptian footballer Ahmed Raouf expressed his pleasure for the recent win his team Smouha achieved against Makassa in the framework of Egyptian Premier League to rank the third in the league's table.
The Egyptian player, who scored six goals this season, revealed that he does not care whether he will gain the league's top scorer or not, as he gives priority to leading his team to achieve more victories during the coming matches.
He stressed that the team has a number of distinctive players who can lead the team to take one of the first four positions in the league's table this season. He added that the competition for the individual awards will not serve the intetests of the team.
He added that he always enjoys scoring goals and to seize the available opportunities to score, expressing appreciation to the role performed by his colleagues to support him. He added, "It is difficult to compete for winning the league this season but we can gain one of the first three positions to participate in a contenital tournament during the coming year."
Regarding the change of coaching staff, he stressed that the players have no right to interfere in the administration's decisions in this regard. He added the players should do their best inside the pitch regardless of the coach's name.
He stressed his aspiration toin Egypt's national team, saying that he exerts efforts to achieve this objective, while he expressed his respect to the vision of the national team's coach choices. He said that Egypt has the best strikers in Africa
