Former coach of Egypt’s Ahly football team Anwar Salama expressed his resentment over the policy adopted by the team’s Head of the Junior Sector Amr Aboul Magd. He added that he was keen to adopt a plan to depend on Egyptian experts develop the club’s vital sector while the official refused his plan.
He added, in a statement to “Arabs Today”, that he decided to resign from his position, saying that the sector need radical changes during the coming period. He stressed the importance of this sector which is considered a cornerstone to provide players for the first team during the coming period.
The former coach expressed his respect to Ahly’s Chairperson Mahmoud Taher, saying that the current crisis is not related to his authorities. He stressed that he respect Taher, promising to vote for him during the coming elections.
