Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs called on the international community and the European Union (EU) to condemn Israel's piracy on the Palestinian territories and land seizures, taking action to curb the frequent occupation incursions.
In a press release, the ministry denounced the dismantling of 12 Palestinian-owned caravans in Jabal al Baba neighborhood by the occupation forces.
The caravans - which are located near the town of al Ezariya to the east of Jerusalem - are housing 90 Palestinians most of whom are children through EU funds.
Such oppressive assaults are part of Israeli's settlement plans that aim at evacuating Palestinian residents form East 1 (E1) corridor, especially from the Israeli urban settlement of Ma'ale Adumim, in favor of expanding settlements, the ministry said.
Meanwhile, the ministry slammed occupations' imminent recognition of a new neighborhood at Eli Zehaf settlement. The new neighborhood is expected to host 150 settler families.
