Jewish extremists on Friday sprayed racist anti-Arab slogans on the walls of a public transport station in Safed in the north of Israel.
The occupation police said in a statement that "death to Arabs" slogans were sprayed on the station and a container there.
An investigation was launched, the statement added.
Earlier this week, Israeli police seized a video where a group of Jewish extremists are seen celebrating the death of Palestinian baby Ali Dawabsheh during a wedding ceremony in Israel.
The shocking footage, which was broadcast by Israeli Channel 10 on Wednesday and later posted by Haaretz news website on Thursday, shows a crowd of young Orthodox Jews dancing to loud music at a wedding party holding guns, knives and Molotov cocktails and celebrating the incident in which the 18-month-old baby was burned alive last July when Jewish terrorists, allegedly from the Lehava group, firebombed his home, killing three people.
According to Israel's Central Bureau of Statistics, the Arab population in 2013 was estimated at 1,658,000, representing 20.7% of the country's population. The majority of these identify themselves as Arab or Palestinian by nationality and Israeli by citizenship.
