As many as 43 Palestinians were injured when Israeli security forces stormed into Shuafat refugee camp and fired live and rubber bullets at residents in the camp located in northern Al Quds, a medical source in Al Quds said on Wednesday.
Medics of the Palestine Red Crescent in Al Quds treated the wounded, 30 of whom suffered suffocation, while 13 others injured by the Israeli rubber bullets, he added.
The Israeli troops withdrew from the city after demolishing the house of martyr Ibrahim Akkari.
Fierce clashes erupted between residents and Israeli forces following the demolition of the house, according to eyewitnesses.
