Saud Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Eng. Ali Al-Naimi has stressed that he is optimistic about the rise in oil price in the future, saying that the prices continue to improve.
Oil production in the country is stable, as the Kingdom's produced about 10.3 million barrels per day of oil in March, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) quoted Al-Naimi as saying in a press release following the opening of the 18th annual meeting held by the Saudi Economy Association, under the motto "Economies of the Energy" on Tuesday.
Al-Naimi said that they promised for Waad al Shamal project to produce some 20 million to 200 million cubic feet of gas per day, adding that this will be achieved soon.
