UNESCO’s World Heritage Committee voted, on Friday, in favor of registering the Ibrahimi Mosque and the Old City of Hebron on its World Heritage List.
The vote took place by secret ballot at the UNESCO World Heritage Committee’s 41st annual summit, which is currently taking place in Krakow, Poland.
The Committee also declared Hebron’s Old City an area of outstanding universal value.
