The UAE's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, MoFAIC, has warned citizens about travelling to the United Kingdom, following recent terrorist attacks.
Ahmed Al Ham Al Dhaheri, MoFAIC's Assistant Under-Secretary for Consular Affairs, said the warning has been issued due to the UAE's concern about the safety of its citizens abroad, and is based on the ministry's assessment of risks and threats.
The ministry called upon UAE citizens in the UK to be cautious and avoid public areas at this time. It also said citizens would be informed about any development related to their security while abroad.
