Spokesman for Kurdish Parliamentary blocs MP ,Moayad-Tayeb, described the latest agreement between Baghdad and Arbil , to end to the tension between the federal army and Kurdish Peshmerga forces in the disputed areas, as a victory for all Iraqis. He said in a statement to NINA : \"Saving blood of Iraqis represents a victory for all parties,\" calling on everyone to look to the interests of the people away from ethnic and sectarian stands \".
