Stampede erupted at the Zaatari refugee camp in Jordan, where Syrian refugees reside on Wednesday. The coordinator of the Refugee Affairs Department in Jordan, Anmar Hmoud said, \"the incident occurred at the Zaatari refugee camp buses waiting to transfer Syrian refugees who voluntarily wanted to go back to Syria. Stampede erupted as 800 people attempted to get on the buses with 200 people capacity.\" Stating that the police forces took the situation under control, Hmoud said, \"Everyone at the camps is aware of the dangerous road back to Syria and limited trips. The 3,000 people stampede disrupted returning procedures on Thursday.\" Approximately 160 thousand Syrian refugees live in the Zaatari refugee camp in northeastern Jordan.
