Southern Governorate, Bapco discuss cooperation

Southern Governor HH Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali Al Khalifa today paid a visit to Bahrain Petroleum Company (Bapco) and reviewed with CEO Dr. Pete Bartlett ways to boost cooperation for the development of the governorate’s sustainable projects and services.
The Southern Governor stressed determination to continue towards bringing further strategic achievements and improving services and facilities to reflect a clear image of the governorate historical and tourist attractions.
He highlighted the governorate’s vision to interpret the genuine historical heritage into tourism projects, welcoming Bapco’s support as a strategic partner to assist in achieving the governorate’s aspirations.
He paid tribute to Bapco’s security and safety teams in respect of their prompt response to the fire caused by the recent terrorist attack on an oil pipeline in Bahrain.
Pabco’s CEO emphasized readiness to assist in translating the governorate’s sustainable projects and programmes into reality.
