Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Royal Charity Organisation (RCO) Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa attended here the dinner banquet hosted by the Bahraini Ambassador to Jordan Nasser bin Rashid Al Ka\'abi, in the presence of his counterparts from the GCC countries, to mark the official opening of the Bahrain Scientific Complex for the children of brotherly Syrian refugees at Al-Zaatari Camp. Shaikh Nasser conveyed greetings and wishes of success from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to GCC Ambassadors to Jordan, commending their outstanding efforts to strengthen ties between GCC states and brotherly and friendly countries. He also expressed pride in HM the King\'s directives to implement development and humanitarian projects for brotherly Syrian refugees in Jordan. Shaikh Nasser affirmed the importance of enhancing joint GCC action regarding charitable and humanitarian work so as to provide relief aid and support for brotherly and friendly peoples hit by disasters, calamities and humanitarian crises, in line with Islamic precepts. On their part, GCC envoys to Jordan expressed their heartfelt thanks and appreciation to HM King Hamad for his effective efforts, along with other GCC leaders, to consolidate the Role of GCC countries. They also hailed Bahrain\'s support for crisis-stricken peoples, praising the major role played by Shaikh Nasser under whose leadership RCO has set up distinguished development and humanitarian projects in many countries and contributed significantly to promoting security and psychological stability for their peoples, which, they confirmed, testifies to the kingdom\'s pioneering position in this regard. Then, the Kingdom\'s Ambassador Nasser bin Rashid Al Ka\'abi said that HM the King\'s kind and humanitarian gesture to establish the educational complex for brotherly Syrian refugees in Jordan reflects HM\'s desire to provide them with necessary care in light of the difficult situation they are going through, alleviate their sufferings and give their children the opportunity to continue their education. He also extended sincere thanks and appreciation to His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander, for their humanitarian stances in support of brotherly and friendly peoples, lauding Shaikh Nasser\'s initiatives to bring about, through RCO, more landmark achievements for needy people inside and outside the kingdom. After that, the Omani Ambassador to Jordan Musallam bin Bakhit Al Barami said that the great humanitarian initiatives taken by Bahrain, upon directives from HM King Hamad, are a source of pride for GCC and Arab countries, praising Shaikh Nasser\'s keenness to translate the Royal directives into the ground appropriately. On his part, the Qatari envoy to Jordan Zayed bin Said Al-Khayarin described the opening of the Bahrain educational Complex in AL-Zaatari Camp as a happy occasion, noting that it is the innumerable humanitarian initiatives taken by the Kingdom which, he said, has always led efforts to support victims of crises and disasters across the world. Regarding the Kuwaiti Ambassador to Jordan Dr. Hamad bin Saleh AI-Duaij, he congratulated the Kingdom of Bahrain, wise leadership, government and people, for such a milestone humanitarian initiative confirming its pioneering role in this field. The Royal directives to establish the educational facility for the children of Syrian refugees in Jordan were also valued highly by the UAE Ambassador in Amman Dr. Abdulla bin Nasser Al-Amiri who affirmed that humanitarian work has always been a distinctive feature of the Bahraini society all along history.
