A video showing a woman in Saudi Arabia driving an SUV has gone viral. The woman is seen maneuvering the vehicle from a tight spot on the road while her personal driver helps direct her from outside, Al Arabiya reports.
The video - posted hours before a royal decree allowing women to drive in the country was announced late on Tuesday night - has attracted many retweets and views on social media.
Tuesday's decree has ordered that a ministerial body be set up to give advice within 30 days and that the decree be implemented by June 2018.
There are about 10 million women, including foreigners, over the age of 20 living in the Kingdom, according to the official statistics bureau.
