Saudi Interior Minister Prince Ahmad bin Abdulaziz held here last night a round of official talks with visiting Bahraini Interior Minister Lieutenant General Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa. The talks covered bilateral relations and ways of enhancing them in all domains, particularly in the security field. The ministers tackled the developments relating to the discovery of terror hideouts and the seizure of explosives in the Kingdom of Bahrain. They also underlined the importance of cooperation in countering terrorism and coordination in the fight against the emerging crimes such as electronic crimes. They also stressed the need to boost the cooperation, coordination and direct communication between the relevant agencies in both countries in order to enhance security and stability. The talks also covered issues of mutual concern, including the necessary measures to provide better services and facilitate the movement of people and goods at the King Fahd Causeway.
