An Omani has been saved after he fell on a mountain in Wadi Bani Ghafir in Wilayat Al Rustaq on Sunday, according to the Royal Oman Police.
An official from the ROP stated that the victim had gone onto the mountain to search for honey bees.
The ROP had tweeted that the man "stumbled and fell because of the difficult terrain". The injured was rescued by helicopter and then taken to the Al Razi Centre in Rustaq and said to be in a stable condition.
