The Council of Representatives, in a statement, denounced the content of the recently released phone call between former Qatari Premier and Secretary General of the dissolved Al-Wefaq Society.
The statement said the leaked phone call is another chapter of Qatar-Al-Wafaq conspiracy against the sovereignty, security and stability of the Kingdom of Bahrain, which proves Qatar’s support for terrorist and extremist groups that aim to inflame hatred, discord and violence among citizens. It also points to Qatar’s attempt to damage sovereignty of states and non-compliance with charters and principles of good neighborliness, which confirms the right decision of countries calling for countering terrorism and boycotting the State of Qatar.
The statement strongly condemned aggressive and terrorist acts of the Qatari regime that has no respect for good neighborliness and joint destiny.
It called on the international community to stand against all parties targeted destabilizing Bahrain and other Gulf countries.
