President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi arrived on Wednesday in the economic and commercial capital, Aden, on a visit to inspect the conditions of the province and to share its people celebrations on Eid al-Adha and the October 14 Revolution. During his visit, the president will meet with leaders of the executive, local, military and security authorities ,and political and social actors. Earlier on Wednesday morning, the president paid a visit to inspect the security and military units stationed in Socotra archipelago within his visit to the archipelago . During the visit, the president attended the ceremony held in the military garrison camp in the First Marine Infantry Brigade on the occasion of Eid al-Adha and the golden anniversary of the revolution of October 14. The president talked to the personnel of those units, and touched on the crisis and divisions experienced by Yemen during the past period and its sequences that impacted on the country in the political, economic and security aspects and the military and security institution. “The people of Yemen have made the interests of the country above all else, turned to peace and avoided serious slides through the Gulf initiative and its executive mechanism”, the president said, adding “ We are today on the cusp of the end of the dialogue stage that we count much on it to draw the new future based on justice, equality and good governance”. The president noted that Yemen was distinguished from other countries of Arab string with this initiative and the path of transformation that was favored by all parties.
