Governor of Mecca Province and Advisor to the Custodian of the two Holy Mosques, HRH Prince Khalid Al Faisal bin Abdulaziz, and Deputy Mecca Governor, HRH Prince Abdulla bin Bander bin Abdulaziz, today received in their office in two separate meetings, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to Riyadh, Shaikh Hmood bin Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
During the meetings, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain reviewed the close historic relations between the two kingdoms, hailing the level they have reached and praising the close cooperation and coordination between the two countries and peoples with regard to various regional and global issues.
Mecca Governor and his deputy expressed keenness of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to continue its consultations and coordination with the Kingdom of Bahrain in all areas, commending the laudable efforts being exerted in this regard by Bahraini Ambassador to Riyadh.
A number of other issues of interest to both kingdoms were also discussed.
